Quartz Hill (Beau Meadow Adit 3-500′), Ketchikan, Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska, USA
A small plate of mixed minerals is composed with one side hosting small white stilbite prisms and bow ties combined with molybdenite. The molbdenite appears between the crystals and as small encrustations on some surfaces. The reverse side of the plate shows tiny quartz crystals with chlorite microcrystals. Handwritten note by Don Hickmott who collected the piece from Alaska.
