PINK. EUCLASE. A perfect, gemmy euhedral euclase in the unheard of color of pink. Pink euclase was only produced from one specific pocket in very low yield (less than 15 pieces or so) per discussion with Peter Lyckberg who was at the discovery. He has graciously hand written and drawn a card of where the specimen was found which accompanies the piece. The fabulous blue and teal euclases are tremendously beautiful, but for the advanced euclase or thumbnail collector, this piece is the one no one else will have. The piece is small (less than a centimeter, so technically a micro mount) but well formed and beautiful to behold.
Found and mined by Luizhelio Bavolte da Silva in 1990. Handwritten card by Peter Lyckberg who was at the discovery.
