A classic from Colorado, USA, this topaz is a rare naturally blue crystal. It is from the Terryall Mountains and is a sizeable piece from this area. It has gem clear areas and a complex form. The back is off of the rock and the bottom is cleaved with some small edgewear up the sides of the crystal near the bottom. Despite this, it really looks good from the main viewing angle which also shows its great color.
